- brooke peters Added August 18, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We stayed there and at first everything was good the other tennants were amazing we enjoyed our time but once we left the place we were treated unfairly they refused to give us our bond back under the grounds that we were smoking mind you we never did they told us we had a ashtray under the bed which was a lie my hubby smokes but outside only we had a old milo tin out the front with chairs he would use for his smoke butts we cleaned the entire place before we left we kept to ourselves mostly and always paid rent on time but apparently they need $1000 to clean up the place which is bullshit .. be careful go the Aussie gardens they are more nicer and friendlier ..
